Sorry I didn’t catch that

My ears are finally getting better, my cold seems to be getting better, and today is the first day that I’m to train. Jogging according my calendar (I had fixed this two weeks ago), and I ate the way I was supposed to have yesterday. I’m thinking to change my meals a little as well. Basically, skip lunch and have a my late “breakfast” the way I do today, but then instead of having a late lunch, just have a sandwich, or at least half a lunch (there’s a chance there’ll be too much bread in my diet otherwise).
